This morning, to the surprise of many, Eagles’ right tackle Lane Johnson was ruled inactive ahead of a week 4 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. • LT: Andre Dillard– a first round pick with a lot to prove after losing the starting job in August to Jordan Mailata.
  • LG: Landon Dickerson– the Eagles 2021 second round pick in only his third game back from an ACL injury his senior year. He has struggled thus far, but still has plenty of time to rebound.
  • C: Jason Kelce– a future hall of famer and the Eagles only remaining starter.
  • RG: Nate Herbig– an undrafted guard from Stanford who played above expectations in his increased playing time last year. Has a ways to go before he can be considered a starter.
  • RT: Jack Driscoll– a 2020 4th round pick who also played very well last year in relief of Lane Johnson. Has a track record of injuries with today being his first game back since December of 2020.

Other depth pieces to look out for are T/G Brett Toth, G Sua Opeta, and G Jack Anderson. They very well may get playing time today if another lineman were to go down. Toth is presumably the primary backup at both tackle spots, while Opeta could be the first man up for either of the guard spots.
