Saints – Eagles Week 11 Inactives

We knew coming into the weekend that the New Orleans Saints would be without some of their key contributors, as starting running back Alvin Kamara and starting tackles Terron Armstead and Ryan Ramczyk were all ruled out on Friday. Running back/wide receiver Ty Montgomery is also out, and starting quarterback Jameis Winston is on injured reserve with a torn ACL. Eagles running back Kenneth Gainwell is inactive but is a healthy scratch. Let’s take a look at the rest of the Saints-Eagles Week 11 inactives.

Eagles Week 11 Inactives

  • Kenneth Gainwell is the only real surprise here, and his absence makes sense with Miles Sanders returning and Jordan Howard’s recent elevation from the practice squad. NFL insider Mike Garafolo reports that the team is still high on Gainwell and that this is more of a “game-plan/special teams” decision.
  • Defensive end Derek Barnett is active after being listed as questionable with a neck injury.
  • Quarterback Reid Sinnett was recently claimed off waivers and is unlikely to be active anytime soon unless the Eagles suffer an injury at the position.

Saints Week 11 Inactives

  • The Saints are without their starting quarterback (Jameis Winston), starting running back (Alvin Kamara), and starting tackles (Terron Armstead and Ryan Ramczyk).
  • Running back/wide receiver Ty Montgomery, as mentioned above, is also out this week.
  • Star wide receiver Michael Thomas remains on the PUP list and has yet to play this season.
  • Other notable New Orleans inactives: tight end Juwan Johnson and defensive end Tanoh Kpassagnon.
